Short and to the point: what we provide, what it costs, and what happens if a payment doesn't arrive.

What we provide

A lab — a virtual machine with Claude Code — and access to it through the panel at sysadmin.fullstack.lv: chat with the agent, a terminal, and the list of your machines and conversations. One lab is one machine. Access is by invitation.

What it costs

• Subscription: €50 a month. It includes your lab and 1,000 agent credits every month.
• Credits: one credit is €0.10 of the agent's work, counted at Anthropic's standard prices converted to euros. Unused credits carry over: when a new month's 1,000 arrive, your balance can grow to at most 3,000 — anything above that expires.
• More credits: 500 for €25, any time, charged to the card on file and added straight away.
• If the credits run out, the agent pauses until the next 1,000 arrive or you top up. The lab, your files and conversations keep running — we never switch the machine off for credits.
• Nothing is billed on top of the subscription and the credits you buy.
• Subscriptions started before 9 October 2026 keep their price: €25 a month per lab plus tokens at Anthropic's standard prices, billed on the 1st for the previous month; a month under €0.50 carries over until it reaches €0.50.

Trial week

• The first week costs €1: a lab for 7 days with 250 agent credits included. The €1 is not refunded.
• On day 8 the €50/month subscription is charged automatically to the card you paid the €1 with, and the month's 1,000 credits arrive; credits left from the trial week carry over. We email you the day before. Cancel any time before then in the panel (“⋯” → “Me” → “Subscription & invoices”) and nothing more is charged.
• If the trial ends without payment, the lab is switched off after 2 days of grace, on day 10, and deleted together with its files and conversations on day 12. We warn you by email on day 10 and on day 11. Paying before day 12 brings the lab back.
• The trial week is paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Revolut Pay is accepted for the subscription, not for the trial.
• One trial per card. If the card you pay with has already been used for a trial week, we cancel the new trial, refund its €1 and offer the regular subscription.

How and when we charge

• With the trial week: €1 today, then €50 is charged automatically on day 8 — unless you cancel before.
• The subscription is charged a month in advance, on the day you sign up, and then every month on the same day.
• The 1,000 credits arrive with each paid month. A top-up is charged when you buy it.
• Payments go through Stripe. Only Stripe sees your card details — they never reach us.

Cancelling

You can cancel the subscription at any time. The lab keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for, and the subscription doesn't renew after that. Unused credits are not refunded.

If a payment fails

We give you 2 days of grace. If the payment still hasn't arrived by then, we remove the machine's access to Claude and the agents stop. The machine, your files and your conversations stay where they are — we don't delete anything. Once you pay, access comes back right away. This does not apply to an unpaid trial week: there the lab is deleted on day 10 (see “Trial week”).

Limit

With the credit subscription, the credits are the limit. For subscriptions started before 9 October 2026, we may set a monthly token limit so that spending can't run away unexpectedly. It is a safety catch, not a bundle: once the limit is reached, the agents stop until the 1st or until we raise the limit.
