What we store about you, where, and who it goes to.

What we store

• Your name and email — so you can log in: a login code is sent to your email.
• Token usage — how much the agent used and when. Your invoice is built from this.
• Conversation history — lives on your machine, where Claude Code runs. The panel reads it to show the chat. So the chat opens instantly, the panel keeps a short copy of the latest messages and updates it while the conversation is going.
• Payment details — with Stripe. We only see that a payment went through and until what date, never the card number.

Where

The panel and its database run on our server (VPS) in Germany.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or hand it to anyone — except those without whom the service can't work:

• Anthropic — Claude Code sends them what you and the agent write in a conversation: that's how Claude works.
• Stripe — processes payments.
• Postmark — sends the emails with login codes and about payments.

Deletion

Write to us and we'll delete your account, your machine and everything on it. It disappears from the working database right away. Our encrypted backups of the database still hold it until they age out — at most 12 months — and are then deleted automatically. We don't edit backups: a changed backup is no longer a backup.

The only thing we keep longer is what the law requires: invoices and payment records.
