What we store about you, where, and who it goes to.

What we store

Your name and email — so you can log in: a login code is sent to your email.
Token usage — how much the agent used and when. Your invoice is built from this.
Conversation history — lives on your machine, where Claude Code runs. The panel reads it to show the chat. So the chat opens instantly, the panel keeps a short copy of the latest messages and updates it while the conversation is going.
Payment details — with Stripe. We only see that a payment went through and until what date, never the card number.

The panel and its database run on our server (VPS) in Germany.

We don't sell or hand it to anyone — except those without whom the service can't work:

Anthropic — Claude Code sends them what you and the agent write in a conversation: that's how Claude works.
Stripe — processes payments.
Postmark — sends the emails with login codes and about payments.

Write to us and we'll delete your account, your machine and everything on it. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
