Refunds

Trial week

The €1 for the trial week is not refunded. On day 8 the €25 subscription is charged automatically — cancel before then if you don't want to continue.

Subscription

We don't refund a month that has already started: the lab is reserved for you for the whole month, whether it is running or not. You can cancel at any time — the next month simply won't start, and the current one runs to its end.

Tokens

There's nothing to refund here: we bill tokens afterwards, for the previous month, and only for what the agent actually used. Nothing used — nothing billed.

If something went wrong

If the lab didn't work through our fault, or you were billed too much, write to us. We'll look into it and refund the difference.
